This cache is hidden in a nice neighborhood park. You are looking for a Rubbermaid container, about pint size, that has a bit of camouflage.
When I was a little kid, we used to write letters on paper and actually get lots of US mail with real stamps! Stamp collecting was easy. Nowadays, it seems email has taken over and we only get catalogs, ads, or metered mail via the US Postal Service. So we stocked a few US and international stamps in this cache for trade. Nothing expensive, just easily available stamps for fun trading. Container is large enough for some other trade items as well. Has log book and pencil but could not fit a pen.
Park amenities include: children's playground, soccer/football field, picnic area, softball field, tennis courts, and restrooms. Parking is easily available. Negligible muggle activity when we were there on a summer weekday afternoon, but there might be days when softball or soccer events are held there.
The posted coordinates will lead you to the front of a sign (not a street sign). The cache can be found with those coordinates, but if you would like more details, find the answers to the following about the sign:
1) X = number of C's
2) Y = number of O's + number of A's
3) Z = number of M's + number of F's
4) A = number of V's
5) B = number of W's
Checksum: 12
Then, stand at the middle of the back of the sign. The cache is located at the bearing XYZ degrees (magnetic North), about AB feet away.
If you are careful, you don't need to walk on any grass.
