Water, Water, Everywhere Traditional Cache

Even El Paso de Robles has water.. This is one of our cities newest and very active parks and is very busy in the summer time.
This cache is located at the far end of an auxiliary parking lot that is used to hold the overflow parking that's required during the summer and on weekends for poeple enjoying a day at the park. Stealth is still important as there are lots of eyes all around.
It's a cammoed cylinder with lots of room for booty stuff.
