This is the third in a series of caches located near one of Gander’s picturesque pipe planes.
There are 5 planes in total and they can be seen in various locations around Gander. The Siskorsky Helicopter pipe plane is symbolic of early exploration and mining development that operated out of Gander. This pipe plane was constructed in 1990.
This is a small lock and lock and initially contains a number of trade items including lapel pins, kid’s toys, a 2006 festival button, and a small flashlight.
