This cache is found in Echo Lake Park, one of Henrico County's more bucolic parks. Once here you will encounter people hiking and fishing, but it is the geese that are in preponderance so bring lots of bread.
The cache is a small tupperware container with just enough room for a few trade items. FTF will get a $10 Blockbuster card.

Due to the natural feature(s) near the cache the name "Thumbs Down" was arrived at by mutual consent. However, the first name suggested by Mr. S. was line-item vetoed by Mrs. S. due to its risque and possibly family-unfriendly nature.***
