Geocache Description:

The title is also one of my favorite songs by the Traveling Wilburys

The way to this cache is a straightforward 0.95 mile walk along a well marked old woods road (trail) in the William H. Champlin, Jr. Forest in Rochester, NH. For more information on this newly acquired forest, click on the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests site. Only use the recommended signed parking lot at N43 ° 16.810 W070 ° 55.594 to access this cache. Other ways may appear shorter but would involve trespassing on private land.

From the parking lot, walk through the field to the white sign in the corner near the woods. You will immediately cross a wide grassy ‘trail’ and reach a gravel woods road where you will turn left. At the next junction take the left and follow the yellow blazes that mark the trail. The red ‘No Trespassing’ signs you see along the way on either side of the trail were placed there by the previous land owner and do not apply to the trail or these land acquired by the SPNHF.

Follow the trail through some nice woods until you reach the loop at the end of the yellow blazed trail, about 0.12 miles beyond another nearby cache(GC1402A). Do not go beyond this point. The cache is in at eye level but you won’t be able to see it directly. The container is a little bigger than a film container and has a screw on top. Please re-hide the cache as found.
