Access this area by crossing the Detroit Dam and traveling on a paved one lane with road with pull outs.
This time of the year there is a nice water fall in the area to look at from the bridge. This cache has an evil micro pin for the FTF. Coordinates where really hard to obtain due to the GPS jumping around a lot. We spent a lot of time trying to get them as accurate as possible. Because of this we are providing a good hint and the name of the cache will be obvious once you find it.
