This cache is located at a beautiful spot on Trout brook. The cache is a .50 cal. Ammo box. You can park at the pullover near the cache coordinates. At this spot, the brook flows over flat rocks. It is fun to wade in, but you do not have to cross the brook. The brook continues on and follows Lord Howe Valley. It flows through the Country Club Golf Course for a while and you cross it on 9N just before you get to the statue roundabout if you are going into town. Trout Brook finally empties into the La Chute River in the middle of Ticonderoga.
