Geocache Description:

The salamander sleeps at the Dorchester shore;
Where the stones sing songs of forgotten lore:
“Flounder, flounder in the sea,
Prythee harken unto me
My wife Ilsebil, must have her own will
And sends me to beg a boon of thee.”

Unfortunately litter bugs seem to be frequenting the area in recent times. GREAT OPPORTUNITY for CITO which is GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Additional Hints (Decrypt)
