Located in the heart of Portage Valley with nice views all
around. The cache is an ammo box placed somewhere along the
Williwaw Nature Trail which begins at the salmon viewing area.
From the parking lot, follow the trail that leads under the
highway and to the Williwaw Ponds. This trail connects to the Trail
of Blue Ice which allows you to continue to the Begich, Boggs
Visitor Center or return to the Williwaw Campground and salmon
viewing area.
