The cache is located in the central part of Macedonia, near the monastery Treskavec, above the city of Prilep. If you go by foot, it will take you about two and a half hours to get near the cache. I wouldn't dare going by car as the road is not very car friendly - maybe an SUV. Don't worry if you get there late during the day, the monastery host is always happy to welcome overnight guests.
The cache is a small glass jar filled with some trinkets. Enjoy!
