This park and grab is an EASY OFF and back on for I-20 travelers. Please CITO!

The plant across I-20 is the Cemex Cement plant. It is a cement producing plant that provides cement for local construction and oilfield service companies. It is owned by the Mexican Government. This cache is a cammo plastic jar.
It was replaced in January 2018,
