Timor-Leste’s third Geocache

On the western edge of the city of Dili, Timor-Leste’s sleepy little capital, lies a series of steep hills across which, in 1991, Bishop Belo of Dili, Nobel Peace Laureate, inaugurated a pilgrimage walk based on the Stations of the Cross.
The pilgrimage walk starts at a grotty grotto dedicated to the Virgin Mary which, apart from a statue of the said lady, contains a lurid proliferation of luridly coloured plastic flowers.
To get to this Grotty Grotto head west out of Dili on the Comoro Road crossing the Comoro River on the way. At the Airport Roundabout hang a left and proceed to the third crossroads where the tarmac road runs out and turn right.
This bumpy road will take you to a white arch over the road and from that point the road climbs steeply (go straight over and UP at the next crossroads) to the car park in front of the Grotty Grotto.
The location of this Grotty Grotto, or rather the location of the middle of the car park in front of it is, in decimal degrees :

This is the start of your search for our Geocache. Follow the trail up the hill and take note of everything you see at each ESTACAO on the way……all the way to the end of the pilgrimage trail.
Multiply the total number of upright crosses by the total number of reclining crosses and then multiply again by the total number of Estacao without any crosses at all.
Then multiply the total number of reclining crosses by the total number of Estacio with no crosses and then add that number to the answer from your first multiplication.
Add 23 to that combined number.
Add this final figure to the decimal part of the South Co-ordinate for the Grotty Grotto to reveal the South CO-ORDINATE for our geocache!
Now, again, multiply the total number of upright crosses by the total number of reclining crosses and then multiply again by the total number of Estacao without any crosses at all.
Then deduct the total number of reclining crosses from the number of upright crosses and multiply your first figure by this answer.
Add 66 to this number.
Subtract this final number from the decimal part of the East Co-ordinate for the Grotty Grotto to reveal the East CO-ORDINATE for our geocache!
