This one could be hard, lots of mugglers driving by in the summer, or maybe its just another Sneaky (TSB) hide (smiles) either way "The old saying, a penny for your thoughts comes to mind here", but a DIME could save you a lot of time.
Unique Micro type container that contained when placed, logbook & pencil. You should be able to locate this cache in the winter with some effort.
