Oasis or trap? Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Heartland Cacher: Greetings I'm Heartland Cacher, one of the volunteer reviewers for new caches submitted to Geocaching.com.

It has been a while since I first looked at this cache. I can't find any recent responses from the Cache Owner about maintaining this cache which makes it appear the Cache Owner is either unwilling or unable to maintain the cache. Cache maintenance includes listing maintenance including updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing needs maintenance attributes and enabling the listing. The cache will be archived and removed from the active cache listings.

Thanks for your understanding,
Heartland Cacher

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Park n Grab by a busy street, in a somewhat unique container.

I made this container on a whim and decided to place it VERY close to home. I had another hobby before geocaching and this is a(n) homage. It will be pretty obvious when you see it.

** NEW!! 4/19/08 I added a small container to the area for TB/coins, small trade items, etc. THIS IS NOT THE CACHE! IF YOU FIND THE TB CONTAINER YOU WILL STILL NEED TO KEEP LOOKING FOR THE CACHE CONTAINER THAT HAS THE LOGBOOK!***

I want everyone to hunt for this, but for those who do not like them you should know this is a "front yard cache". Feel free to hunt it anytime day or night. Since we are very close to a busy road it is not unusual for a car to turn around here at any time. Here is a quick hint for the brave: the number on the cache container is the same as the last number of the house address. If you are uncomfortable or still unsure that you are in the right yard, see the hint below. Good luck! (Scooters and most wheelchairs can make it to the cache if the ground is not too wet.)
