On the Seventh day, of the Seventh month, of the Seventh year, in the new Millennium, an Einstein-Rosen Bridge or Wormhole opened.  It was not as the Scientists had predicted, it did not allow us to manipulate time and space, however, the path between two places opened.  A path that spanned great distances, yet travelers could traverse the locations without ever passing in between!
