Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a residential area known as Stone Island. You will encounter meandering roads, large beautiful oak trees with hanging Spanish moss, residents on golf carts, turkeys, single lane roads, people on horses and children in your drive around the island. Over-head power lines may cause your GPS to bounce. You may park along the swale. Wheelchair accessible. No need to step off pavement. Tweezers helpful. One of six on Stone Island.

Nov. 1, 2008 Tropical Storm Fay caused considerable damage to the yards, roads and some homes on Stone Island. It will take some time and a lot of hard work but Stone will, once again, be a beautiful place to live.
