Dear Dad Traditional Cache
Nomex: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. This should be an easy find. It’s a small Rubbermaid container. DO NOT CLIMB ON OR TOUCH WATER SUPPLY FLUME!!!
This cache is dedicated my father, hence, the name “Dear Dad.” My father is an inspiration to me. He’s my friend, my confidant, and my hero. He’s given so much to me and I want the world to know how much I love and appreciate him. Among many things my dad is a fellow cacher. He took me and my best friend on our first cache and it was fun, but it wasn’t as exciting for me, as it was for him. A weekend or two later, we went out again and I could see why he thought it was so exciting. I got to hang with the family again, and be as close to my dad as I once was. Being in college has taken time away my family and much money away from my wallet. Father’s day came and I didn’t have anything to show how much I loved having him in my life. Realizing that I had a container and little trinkets lying around this Father’s day cache was born. It wasn’t much, but it was a token of how much getting to spend time together meant to me. Hopefully, you will enjoy taking your father out to this cache and just getting to kick back and enjoying each others company as much as I did.
In side you will not only find a log to sign and things to exchange, but you will also find a little something I wrote to my dad that could be used for any special man in your life. So come on, grab your g.p.s., grab your father and enjoy the simple things in life. Each other.
