Geocache Description:


The role of pollinators, animals such as bees, beetles, butterflies, moths and bats, has generally been overlooked. In fact, the vital link between plants and their pollinators may be the weakest link in protecting our ecosystems. It is a disturbing saga of disappearing insects and diminishing plant reproduction, owing to overuse of pesticide and fragmented habitat. Wildland protection is fundamental to sustaining garden and woodland productivity.

Open daily 9am-4pm


Meerkerk Rhododendron Gardens and woodland buffer seek to beautify the earth and provide a sanctuary for nature.

If you find the cache hide it as well as you found it.
