A straight forward find within 1km of the initial coordinates. You are looking for a small black container.

To solve this puzzle you will need to place the digits 0 through 9 in the cells of the circle below.
There are two restraints as to where they can be placed however. Firstly, each ring must contain each digit only once and secondly, each pair of adjacent wedges must contain each digit only once.
