This micro container is placed near a tiny, scenic river that flows into the Deep River not too far from this location. Its waters eventually flow into the Cape Fear River. The cache is on the south side and the parking area should be obvious. A seldom used trail leads to the cache area – use caution as the trail is somewhat steep. As with all wooded caches, be on the lookout for critters and poison ivy. Original contents include a GW5 necklace and NC Geocoin. BYOP.
Update 1/28/09 - Original container has gone missing. Changed to a micro and relocated a short ways away. You should be searching on the river side of the fence but not on the fence.
