Geocache Description:

A 3Qt container hidden at the rest area on the southbound side of I95 just into the Keystone State.

A friend sent me info for Geotruckers, a site where you talk about caching while driving OTR (for Over The Road truckers). Not many caches have available parking for the Large Cars, so here's my submission.
