As you climb up a pass on the Lady Frere - Cala road, you'll see a rocky cave over which the stream rushes in wet times. It's a wet place in a pretty dry land.
Cache is housed in a 1.5l lunch box with space for trading regular items.
Park at the road side and use the gap in the fence at the bridge.
It's a bit of a scramble down to the cache, but worth it.
When I placed the cache,it was near zero degrees and I saw a cloud approaching. As I left the site to head back to my car, it began to snow!
Enjoy the view. Hope you get there after the rains so the falls are in action.
