Just an easy C&D on a nice road.
The old guardrail that was a GZ when this cache was originally placed had "Howie" painted on it. Hence, the cache name became Howie Who?
A new guardrail was installed near the end of April 2011. .
Oh, don't forget to BYOP.
Cache is wheelchair accessible....but beware of the traffic.
If you do NOT find this cache......do NOT leave a replacement without the CO's permission!!!!
