You can drive up to this cache. Free parking out front. If the museum is open, feel free to take a tour.
Be careful of people watching you. To make this easier- you will be looking on the north side of the museum complex, not the front area where the original cache was, and was muggled many times. You do not need to enter the museum building, or the interior yard premises. The curator of the museum is involved with placing of this cache and will be glad to give you a tour.
