This is the main cache. Collect the numbers from Shireoaks Woodlands 1 to 7.
This is a pleasant walk around the former Shireoaks colliery waste tip. On a clear day, there are great views from here.
There has been a lot of work recently to landscape the tip and it is a nice walk around the site.
The cache co-ordinates are:
N 53 1A.BCD W 001 09.EFG
The cache itself is only a small clip-lock container, with a log book and some small swaps to start it off. It also has a new TB. Please try to hide better than you find it. I would suggest sticking to the well defined pathways, but good footwear is recommmended.
