This is a pleasant walk around the former Shireoaks colliery waste tip. On a clear day, there are great views from here.
There has been a lot of work recently to landscape the tip and it is a nice walk around the site.

Please try to hide better than you find it. I would suggest sticking to the well defined pathways, but good footwear is recommended.
