This area is lacking in caches, so we've placed one in a quiet spot overlooking, but away from the growing suburban sprawl. It is surprisingly quiet here, and once up amongst the trees the houses almost disappear. Before you ascend into the trees there are good views to central Canberra and snow dusted mountains to the south.
Don't bring the geodoggie because there is wildife here, including scarlet robins, which you don't see everyday. One sighting of a male really made our day as he darted about after insects. There are kangaroos also.
Please conceal well after your visit as it appears the local young muggles play around here, and other caches in these types of situations get muggled. Don't rush, enjoy the peace as you wander up the hill.
