Goldenview is placed on top of Mingus Mountain at about 7500 ft. Access is not difficult on unpaved roads off of 89A, a short drive from Jerome or even shorter from Prescott Valley. The roads are easily handled by a sedan in good weather. The cache can be found with a short easy hike from the Forest Road and primitive camp sites. However, the last 30 ft. are just a bit challenging, so watch your steps.
When you reach the scenic cache site, give a loud holler and hear the multiple echos you will receive in return. Please keep it clean like a good geocacher! The cache is well stocked with some interesting trades.
