The danger posed by king waves in the area of the Blowholes and up the coast towards Quobba homestead was recently highlighted by the death of a tourist at the Blowholes. The cache is hidden between the HMAS Sydney II Memorial Cairn and the Blowholes at a spot we chose for a pleasant morning tea break. The position is such that it is unlikely you will be disturbed by muggles.
The cache is a 1L sistema container black painted fruit container hidden among the rocks. Special thanks to richlink for Replacing the container in June 2023. Special thanks earlier to Cravo10 for the special paint job, and also to his partner in crime Barnzy12, for the timely replacement and tidy up of the cache on 03 Mar 17.
When trading items please consider trading up or trading even and leaving items that you would want to find, and please don't take the pen, pencil or sharpener. If you can't trade up or trade even I don't mind seeing TNLNSL in the log.
Trackables (geocoins and travel bugs) are not tradeable items. Please feel free take them without making a trade, but please leave a note in the logbook and your online log, and do log them online.
