buudz: Sorry to say, this cache was placed on Flower Island, a San Juan Island National Wildlife Refuge, of the San Juan Wilderness. Unfortunately, NWR’s, are off-limits to Geocaching. We will not be able retrieve the container in a timely manner. The Captain of the Sailboat must put on the last touch for the annual dry-dock maintenance. Buudz.
