Highway 9 Polish Cache Traditional Cache

The low health score on this cache has remained below 60 since our last contact. I see no sign of any maintenance being done to correct this and I have had no response from the owner since my last contact. Due to the lack of response I have no idea if any corrective action has been taken. Consequently I am archiving the cache at this time. If the owner does happen to complete the maintenance required and wish to activate the cache again just let me know and I will consider unarchiving it once the issue is resolved.

The third in a series of caches on or near Saskatchewan Highway #9 between Alameda and the TransCanada Highway. For others, please search for keywords "Highway 9"
This cache can be found on the outskirts of the village of Whitewood, just off the TransCanada Highway.
Did you know...
1) The first secret ballot election in the Northwest Territories was held in Whitewood in 1894?
2) The first sitting of the Supreme Court of Eastern Assiniboia was held here before Saskatchewan became a province?
3) Whitewood is the site of the first successful Finnish settlement in all of Canada?
Though those facts have nothing to do with the cache itself, I thought they were interesting.
As for the cache, there is a reasonably low muggle factor involved, no ticks, no bushes, no spruce trees...just a (hopefully) well-hidden cache.
