Dinosaur Discovery Days
Dinosaur Ridge
Lakewood, CO
August 4th, 2007
10:00am - 2:30pm

Come out to Dinosaur Ridge August 4th and have some fun!

We will have a booth set-up in conjunction with the free Dinosaur Discovery Days to share Geocaching to all interested.

From 10:00am to 2:30pm, West Alameda Parkway over the Ridge will be closed to vehicular traffic and guides will give demonstrations and answer questions at many of the interpretive stops along the Ridge.

There will be quick tutorials available for anyone interested:

  • Geocaching
  • GPS Usage

Shuttle bus transportation (optional) along the Ridge is $2.00 per person. Buses pick passengers up on the east side of the Ridge approximately every 15 minutes.

There will be a temporary cache set up for the event, and a logbook to sign (to validate online entries).
