Cornish
Farm Campsite. They have agreed a £12 flat charge per night if
I can get 12 confirmed bookings. Sept 14th-16th Day visitors more
than welcome.
BBQ Sat night to celebrate Mr WB's, HazelS and Nat Ollies
birthdays.
Update 20/7/07 - Booking confirmed for 15 pitches..Final numbers to
be confirmed by 1st Sept...although if you decide after this we're
more than happy to try and get you squeeze in. We are dealing with
all the payments so no deposits required just find one of us and
pay us on arrival. I'll send out emails towards the end of Aug just
to confirm who's coming.
*NEWS* 29/7/07 - Just had confirmation that a fantastic table
magician will be visiting us on the Saturday evening. His name is
Nelly (it's actually Grant but he'll answer to Nelly!) and I hope
you enjoy some of the stuff he has to show you.
*UPDATE* 1/8/07 - Visited the campsite yesterday and booked all 22
grass pitches and 3 hard standings as we're filling up! I'll update
page with a list of all atendees confirmed so far later. Plans for
the weekend are loosely as follows.
Friday afternnoon/evening - arrivals, a Wellington Boot night
cache will be released and The Morgan Mob will provide special Hot
chocolate drinks for the geo-kids!! There is some idea about y the
kids having a jeep rally if we can get enough of them logged into
the event!
Saturday - Event will open to day visitors at 10am - when
several new caches will be released - the caches wont go live on
this site until the Saturday to allow everyone the chance at the
FTF's but we'll have all the details with us in GPX form as well as
paper for anyone who wants to put them into their gizmo's and
Gadgets. TB and coin molesting can happen throughout the day.
Saturday evening - the party starts...We've organised a kettle
drum BBQ and eryone can cook on that if they like and we have the
table magician (who is a potential caching convert), would be great
if anyone musical could bring a guitar for a strum and a sing
along. Drink is of course on the menu as is birthday cake!
