The Geocaching Firefighters in the station decided it would be fun to create our own cache. Located within walking distance of the fire station "Station 17" parking lot,the cache should be familiar to every Firefighter and recognizable to everyone as a common symbol associated with firefighters. Remember a dalmation is a fireman's best friend. BEWARE HIGH MUGGLER AREA
Bristol Fire Department was established in 1945 by a group of dedicated citizens with concerns for protecting their fellow citizens. Throughout the years the department has continued to grow along with the needs of the township. In 2003 the department saw the need to be staffed 24 hours a day with a crew ready to respond at a moments notice backed up by the continued support from the volunteers. They currently opperate with 2 Engines, 2 ALS ambulances,a brush unit and 2 support units. Through the continued support of the community the department continues to grow and meet the needs of the township and surrounding communities.
