email from Park Ranger: I have discussed this in depth with our Park Manager. At this time he does not want a geo-cache left here in the park, especially with all the restoration that is taking place. At the present time if any property is placed in the park and left over 24 hours it is considered abandoned property and a person can be cited for that. We want to avoid the legal and ecological problems. We will determine a course of action that will address these concerns. I am hoping that by January 1st we will have a policy allowing geo-cache areas in the park.
