Bathurst 24 Hour Endurance Event
When: 10 & 11 November 2007
Where: Perthville Recreation Ground, Perthville
Time: Muster 10.30am for an 11.30am start
Why: A weekend in Bathurst of caching, madness with a twist! Various tasks will be given to you on the day. The challenge is to find as many caches in a 24 hour period as possible...without breaking rules You cannot re log a previous cache you have done) and within GC guidelines (bribes may be taken but this does not guarantee you anything!).
For those who have already found lots of local caches there will be ample special event caches to keep you busy. The event will incur a small fee to cover costs.
Camping will be available at Brian Booth Oval, Perthville Recreation Ground which will be the headquarters for the event.
Dinner and breakfast can also be provided at an additional charge as well as tea and coffee thoughout the event.
Why: A chance to catch up, grab some bugs and cache!! There will also be the usual event stuff...swapping bugs/coins, meeting other cachers, chit chat, gadget googling.
Please post your intentions, notify numbers for catering purposes. Please log any bugs and coins at least a couple of days prior so we can track them through the event.
