I-55 Travel Bug Hilton Traditional Cache
GramaGrampatoKRZA: Thanks to all of the fellow Geocacher's that made this such a great cache. It was so much fun watching everyone find it and trade TB's along the way. Due to a bad storm a few months back, several trees have had to be removed in the park. Our cache was moved a few feet by a concerned geocacher after finding that it was exposed. We will be archiving the cache and moving it on to ILLINOIS under a different name of course. We are in IL for a few months but then will return to MO with a fresh new cache to be placed near the end of October. Thanks again everyone!

Ideal cache for travellers because it is located right off Interstate 55 & Highway 61 at the Cape Girardeau - Jackson Exit - Mile Marker 99. Terrain is not too difficult and no need to bushwack. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the view while caching. Nice, and although somewhat secluded park area, it is driven by quite often throughout the day.
We have placed 2 TB's and 2 Geocoins, as well as a wooden Geocache nickel that belongs to THE HOLMAN5's, that we have found from Indiana and Columbia, MO. in this cache. They include a MONARCH BUTTERFLY GEOCOIN, PFC KENNETH L. PUGH #5 TB, S.M.T.B.P. Special Agent #015 GEOCOIN, and OPEN HEART KEY TB. We hope that Geocacher's will trade TB's and not just take the ones that are in the cache. And please, if you take a TB or Geocoin, be sure and log it ASAP so that fellow Geocacher's can have the opportunity to look for it.
There is a disposable camera included in the cache. Please take your photo and replace the camera. We will process and post pictures when the camera is full.
The cache is also stuffed full of goodies such as a windsock, magic bubbles, fishing line, belt clip keyring, beach ball, sparklers, small storage box, eyeglass case, puka shell necklace, necklace bottle opener, indoor/outdoor window thermometer, search a word book, novelty pens, hand sanitizer, and an eyeglass repair kit.
Please replace (cover) the cache exactly as you found it.
PLEASE DO NOT RAID THE CACHE BY TAKING MULTIPLE ITEMS WITHOUT LEAVING SOMETHING IN ITS PLACE!! LEAVE SOME FUN FOR OTHER FELLOW GEOCACHER'S!!
