This cache is placed on private property with written permission from Mr.McNeil. CACHE IS OUTSIDE OF THE FENCE.
We found this spot while doing business in the area and though the rest of the cachers might enjoy it. Permission was gladly given by property managers so please respect there property. The cache is outside the fence so it is available 24 /7. Please be careful when retrieving the cache and DO NOT DROP IT.
