Just outside the entrance of Field’s Spring State Park so access should not be a problem unless covered by snow.
Day use hours of the park are from 6:30 till dusk, with camping available. Coords tend to bounce in this heavy timber so hint/spoiler maybe helpful, thus the 2 for difficulty. Looking for half gallon Lock-n-Lock, FTF first choice from cache trade free. This is currently a no fee park and is a wonderful spot for a picnic, so it is well worth the very short journey on up the access road into the day use area. Check out the name sake spring while you are there.
