Geocache Description:

A renewed cache at this location. I changed the spot and the cache.

You are looking for a small (about the size of two film canisters) container. The spot that it is in is nearly muggler free believe it or not in this busy area. There is NO NEED to climb the fence. I gave it a 2 rating because I think it will be a little hard to find but time will tell. PS it is NOT on the exit ramp just looks like it is on a map.
