RevRover: Our apologies to recent cachers on this one. We checked today and part one was missing. And then we discovered that the final cache is gone too. Guess it's time to pull the plug on this cache and leave the area open for another hide.

A three-stage educational cache of Milford Parks
Careful (and COMPLETE) reading of memorials at stages one and two (after you find the micros at these stages) will educate you about this great little town and will yield information needed to determine the coordinates for each following stage.
Stage one - micro: The memorial nearby was donated in the year ________. Take the sum of the digits in this year and:
Add that number to the decimal digits of the North coordinate found in the stage one cache.
Subtract that number from the decimal digits of the West coordinate found in the stage one cache. You now have the coordinates for stage two.
Stage two – micro (NOT in the bushes): According to the nearby memorial, Judge John Biddis's native city was ___________________. Take the number of letters in the name of this city and:
ADD that number to the decimal digits in the North coordinate in the cache at stage two.
SUBTRACT that number from the decimal digits in the West coordinate in the cache at stage two. You now have the coodinates for the final stage. The stage two cache does not close easily (or at all, sometimes), so please replace it with the top down or at least angled down.
The Final Stage cache will hold small items, geocoins and small travel bugs. There is also a children’s playground here to reward the wee folk who have tolerated their parents’ passion for treasure hunting. Enjoy
