I have changed this series into puzzle caches due to all the other caches already placed near courthouses in Tennessee.
No need to e-mail any answers now

WARNING CACHE IS NOT AT THE LISTED LOCATION, BUT IS WITHIN 1/2 MILE OF IT!!!

THIS IS THE COURTHOUSE LOCATION

There is a USGS BENCHMARKER in front of the courthouse by the sidewalk. it has 2 numbers on it. R-78, and below that the year the benchmark was placed.
There is a flagpole in front of the courthouse that was placed by woodmen of the world in 19??.

1. subtract year usgs benchmarker was placed from date flagpole was placed by woodmen of the world.
2. subteact the total (from 1) from last 2 digits of latitude to get proper coord. N 35.25.9??
3. subtract the total (from 1) from last 2 digits of longitude to get proper coord.w 084.56.0??
Please Let me know if the math seems confusing.
Cache is a micro with log only in a public location. watch out for muggles, especially at the nearby eating place.
