Geocache Description:


Sam Houston was a man of much accomplishment. How many people can say that they were a president of a territory, a senator from two different states, and a governor of two different states? This cache is just inside the gates of this historic site. The gates may be closed at times, so please cache only during hours this site is open. The cache container is an ammo can with trade items. Please walk around and soak up the history. There is an admission fee for the museum only.
