Easy multi. in family friendly park
This is a two stage cache. Stage one will give you the coordinates for the actual cache. On stage two you will note a memorial to our origional hide in the park which was destroyed by muggles.
-After some more experience caching we think this should be a better hide. -
Stage 1 is a small tag with coordinates only. Stage two is a small container suitable for small TBs and Coin swapping. It will be pretty obvious that it is a cache container if you read the lid. No Tools are required to open this cache.
Note:
Both Stages are in the park. DO NOT CACHE if there are local mini muggles in site. Tables and benches are available so we suggest the older cachers sit down and let your junior team members look for part one on their own. Everything in this hide is at kid height. No help from taller folks is needed.
Part two should be enjoyed by a team of a mini cacher and his or her larger/older counterpart.
We have started this cache with the following swag:
• Many packs of trading cards from our favorite Trading Card Game.
• Some Pokemon collectors pins.
• 2007 Michigan Shakespeare Festival Pin
• Poke Beach Ball
• A Cool FTF Prize
• A few items for the grown ups may also be included in the future.
History:
The park was once a cemetery.
The structure in the location was built in the depression era by the BSA, Rotarians and Tecumseh Products. It still serves as a meeting place for local scouts and youth groups.
Easy Parking and a great place for the young ones to run off some steam on a long caching day. Just west of the park are some rail tracks that run along the road. These only serve a small tour train nowadays (Fall color rides etc) . But the intersection of the tracks and M50 are very unique. This is the only spot in the USA where the trains have to follow the automobile traffic signals! (There is your useless trivia of the day. )
This replaces our first traditional hide, enjoy
DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS ! Thanks.

As always when caching please respect all laws. Please respect all public and private property. When caching with children parents should take extra caution in surveying the lay of the land. Parents should take care and caution when inspecting all disguised cache containers be it natural or man made. ie: Explaining that boxes may contain real wires or Bird houses may contain real wild life is important. Cache safely and have more fun!
