We decided the area needed a kids’ friendly cache. This cache is big enough to hold many kid related items and we would like to trade in kind. Now, if you’re a kid at heart, you count too. Have fun and cache on!
McElroy isn’t listed in the current Sheridan Daybreak but can be found in earlier editions. The building standing here, built in 1916, was a community center which also served as a school. The school was in session until 1956 when the kids from here began riding the school bus to Westby. Since the laughter and other fun sounds of children used to be heard here, we figured that this was the perfect place for a kids’ cache. The area is easily accessible and yet very muggle proof. Let the joyous sounds of kids fill the air once again. And for you kids at heart, have fun too.
