Super_Nate: I stopped by here today and picked up the container. I don't feel like this is a good place for a cache anymore so the end of 2008 is going to be the end of the Little Debbie Parkway Overlook. Thanks to everyone who found it and enjoyed it.

Welcome to the Little Debbie Parkway. This roadway is the main
drag that connects Collegedale, and Ooltewah!
Little Debbie Parkway is remotely new because I was old enough to
remember seeing the stages of development from start to finish. It
was named such because McKee trucks used to have to travel from the
Collegedale exit of I-75 to get to their headquarters near Southern
Adventist University. The route that they took was narrow and
requred several difficult turns. So developers made this road the
Little Debbie Parkway so that trucks could have an easy, straight
line from the interstate to HQ!
Another great attribute of this road is the railroad bridge.
People used to use Ooltewah-Ringgold Road to get from Collegedale
to Ooltewah which required going over the tracks. That was hit or
miss due to stopped trains making a delay, so the Little Debbie
Parkway solved that problem.
Today, Little Debbie Parkway is under development once again as
the commercial mindset is on everybodys minds and this road has
been predicted to be the next Gunbarral Road in the next few
years.
NOTE TO PEOPLE TRAVELING THIS AREA: Because of the developments in
this area, the Collegedale Police is cracking down on speeders. So
be aware of the 35MPH speed limit between the railroad bridge and
Ooltewah.
PLEASE DO NOT PULL OVER THE SIDE
OF LITTLE DEBBIE PARKWAY TO FIND THIS CACHE!!!!! This cache is
located at the end of a dead-end road. You can drive to within 10
feet of the cache. The dead-end road does NOT connect with Little
Debbie Parkway, so you will have to find it.
