The cache has been put here to test you. The small black screw top container should be muggle proof. But can you get it with out the muggles seeing you.
The cache is near a very busy road with lots of muggles going past all the time. Next door to the cache is a car yard watching you. Then there are the muggles that use the park and its toilets and there are lots of trees to make it just that bit harder. If you get this one at night the muggles will be less, but you just never know who is still watching.
