In East End Park. The park has baseball/softball fields, a playground, basketball courts, and a year-round public pool. A nice place to take in a ballgame, let the kids play or go for a swim.
The cache is a waterproof, camping, matchstick container painted black. There is a log book & small pen in the container, but no room for any items.
Be careful, though. This can be a very high muggle area.
