This cache is located along Old US-25 where Callahan Mountain Road connects to it. Old US-25 turns off of Hwy 25 a short distance from where Hwy 25 passes under Hwy 11 on the way up the mountain to North Carolina.

>>>>>The cache is an camouflaged, 4-ounce ointment jar with a screw-lid. The coordinates should take you to it. Park in the pull off on the right (south) side of the road (as you are going UP). THE CACHE IS LOCATED on the NORTH (left) side of the road BEFORE the roads diverge. - Please do NOT go down to the right(pull-off side) as this is watershed property! Watch for glass in the pull off area.

*****I added the following note 1-23-2008 due to notes posted by some cachers.: I have ugraded the terrain rating to a "2.5"(from a "2" & from a 1.5). This cache IS located on a fairly steep incline, so please take that into consideration when searching. I also increased the difficulty to a "2" (from 1.5), as I have seen several logs noting it took some looking around a bit. Hope this helps!!Happy Caching!*****
