Have a Drink On me Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

LostBoy1: Time To Archive this one. Its been a good run for the last 11 years but time to move on. Since leaving the area for the military I have asked and posted my caches for adoption and have not really found the support I had hoped. Caching has changed in the last 10 years and the value has declined to micro hiding for numbers and the absence of what was a once fun travel bug.

Hopefully someone will take over this place and put a nice cache like I had and it has a good run like mine. AND.... a million curses if the shall waste this space with a micro or small cache.. Medium or larger with TB should be a minimum.

Geocache Description:

This cache is placed on a road side stop along Rt 66. You can pump spring water here. THis is where my father and I get our water to make our Home Brew.

UPDATE APRIL 2018:
Ahoy Fellow Cachers!!!
After an almost 6 year overseas military tour I am returning to my original stomping grounds to visit my family before I move onto another part of the world and my new overseas assignment. While in the area I will be visiting some of my old caches and removing the contents and archiving the listings. This will be happening around the last week of June/ first week of July 2018.
This cache has been chosen for Archive. If you have not found it/ claimed credit for it yet you have a limited time to do so.
I will not be co-owning any more caches and will be removing everything I can find in the area and opening up the geographical territory for new caches from other users that can maintain the site. I would like to thank all who have participated and thank you for all the nice logs and memories. Hope to see you on the trails again in the future.

This is a nice roadside stop along Rt 66 in HUntington. Here you can pump spring water for drinking. My father and I get our water for our Home brew here. There is a bench to sit and enjoy a drink of this nice pure water. Climb the hill behind the pump and behind one of the trees you will find the cache.

Also Please remember to set your parking brake and or chuck your tires when you stop. This pulloff is steep and you dont want your car rolling away.

I AM CURRENTLY STATIONED OVERSEAS IN THE MILITARY. I HAVE TRIED TO FIND PEOPLE TO CO-OWN MY CACHES AND HELP WITH THE MAINTENANCE, HOWEVER HAVE HAD NO LUCK.

IF YOU SEEK MY CACHE AND PROVIDE SOME CACHE MAINTENANCE PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTOS AND DETAILS AS TO WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IN YOUR POST. SEND ME A PERSONAL MESSAGE AND WE CAN EXCHANGE SOME INFORMATION AND I WILL SEND YOU A COIN AND OTHER GEO-GOODIES AS A TOKEN OF MY APPRECIATION FOR YOUR HELP.
